In its capacity as the publisher, Vivid Games collaborated closely to improve the gameplay, content, quality, and depth. The objective, boost installs and increase revenue via marketing and user acquisition (UA) campaigns. As an Assistant Producer, I worked with my team to conduct a comprehensive game analysis and delivered a detailed roadmap with improvements, changes, add-ons, in-game events, and seasonal content to integrate into the game and test its functionality. My role involved coordinating tasks., communication, work, and resources between my team and the external development team, making sure that the roadmap milestones and quality were reached as planned. The game was updated with major improvements to the multiplayer performance, animations, physics, characters, customization, lighting, and camera control. All this combined with promotional campaigns increased downloads, revenue, D3 retention, session length, and sessions per user.
