Overview
A new asynchronous multiplayer mode, content, and events to improve LTV.
The team had the objective of creating a year-long content roadmap, rolling out updates throughout one year with one major update, asynchronous multiplayer - a feature aimed at not only boosting the Lifetime Value (LTV) but also increasing each user's session length As a Producer it was my job to coordinate the team to complete these objectives. Acting as a SCRUM master, I managed sprint planning and allocated staff, resources, and budget. Conducted one-on-ones, participated in hiring processes, defined roles and accountabilities within the team, and grew the skillset and knowledge of the team members. I also adjusted the schedule if needed to ensure milestone completion and deliverables and worked with a third-party QA studio to do exhaustive and stress testing of the asynchronous multiplayer and make improvements before release. The team successfully released each update as the roadmap was planned, with complete and bug-free features that included new bikes, customization, LiveOps, asynchronous multiplayer mode, and improved performance. As a result, the LTV and session length increased.
